We are south of France between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of Cevennes with the crossroads of Avignon, Arles and Marseille. Surrounded by hills of garrigues, the altitude of Nimes doesn't exceed 215m. Its mild climate cools when the Mistral blows in winter. In autumn the Cevennes episodes bring rains and storms, but also a multiplicity of mushrooms in wood neighbors. Summers are very hot in the city center and the freshness of the hills is very appreciated.
